Your Responsibilities

• You lead or support service stations in one of our premium restaurants on board.
• For Junior Service Supervisor: Assist with training, briefing and supervising the wait-team; ensure smooth service flow.
• For Senior Waiter: Take full responsibility for a service station, coordinate with Headwaiter/Restaurant Manager, ensure high guest satisfaction and quality presentation.
• Monitor guest feedback, support beverage and food orders, maintain standards of presentation and service.

Your Profile

• For Junior Service Supervisor: Background in restaurant or hotel service; first leadership experience is a plus.
• For Senior Waiter: Several years of experience as waiter/waitress in high-end hospitality; leadership or mentoring of junior staff is advantageous.
• Excellent German language skills are mandatory; good English for communication in the international crew.
• Reliable, guest-orientated, strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
