Zadania

  • act as first level support for any local HR enquires
  • oversee on-boarding requirements by processing new starter paperwork, executing the onboarding trigger activities and assisting with relevant internal communications
  • supporting the off-boarding process
  • assisting with all employee benefits programs
  • executing of Work Health and Safety standards at the workplaces
  • supporting the recruitment processes
  • organizing worldwide trainings for different entities

Oczekujemy

  • min. 1 year experience as an Office Assistant/Customer Service Specialist/ HR Administrator/Coordinator or in other HR-related roles
  • B2+/C1 level in German and min B2 level in English (written and spoken)
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic understanding of labor law and HR best practice is a plus
  • strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across
  • various divisions
  • proactive attitude
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • customer-oriented mindset
