Accounting Assistant with Norwegian
Workplace: Gdańsk (pomorskie)

Responsibilities:
- Performing assigned tasks within AP area: processing invoices, updating vendor database, contacting vendors if needed
- Performing assigned tasks within AR area: issuing invoices, follow-up on unpaid invoices
- Taking part in bank reconciliation
- Data processing, analysis and reporting
- Cooperation with other team members
- Solving issues reported by internal users in ticketing system
- Taking part in interesting improvement projects including automation and robotization of processes
Requirements:
- Very good command of Norwegian (candidates with Swedish/Danish are also welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree
- We do not require work experience, but we will be happy to learn from your experience if you have any.
- At least basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel (we will teach you more).
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking
- Willingness to learn, improve and develop
- Experience with Xledger will be regarded as an advantage.
