Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the inspection of cabins and suites as well as overall cleanliness of guest and crew public areas
• Stand-in for the Assistant Executive Housekeeper when needed
• Serve as a guest contact for housekeeping issues or complaints
• Together with the Executive Assistant Housekeeper, provide leadership, training and briefing of the housekeeping team
• Support in scheduling and other administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed hotel training and several years of professional experience in housekeeping; first leadership experience preferred
• Leadership personality with the ability to guide, motivate and manage a team
• Sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
• Strong guest-service attitude and polished demeanor
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Very good German and good English skills required for onboard communication seachefs.com
• Valid passport; EU nationality preferred
